Phase 1: Discover & Define
Your first step begins with a simple conversation. Connect with us by using the form on our website or by giving us a call. During this discovery call, we’ll learn about your business, identify your goals, and discuss your unique needs.

Phase 2: Present Your Tailored Solution
Within 14 days of our discovery call, our team analyzes your needs and develops a tailored strategy to meet your goals. We’ll summarize our findings, outline expected outcomes such as guarantees and ROI, and present a comprehensive proposal for your review.

Phase 3: Kickoff & Set-Up Strategy
With your approval, we turn strategy into action. During the next 30-60 days, our team will implement a comprehensive plan designed to optimize your financial framework. This includes developing strategic plans, refining your chart of accounts, reconciling financial records, analyzing key reports and KPIs, and, where applicable, streamlining your accounts payable systems. We’ll also set up everything necessary for a seamless tax review.
Part of this step includes our Initial Strategy Session, an important meeting where we’ll discuss your short- and long-term goals, our initial tax strategy recommendations, and any questions you have about your financial situation.
To support a smooth transition, we’ll also gather essential documentation from you, including:
- Company Information: Articles of Organization, EIN Letter, Operating Agreement, S Corporation Acceptance Letter, Retail License
- Tax Information: Tax returns, sales tax returns, tax notices or correspondence, current asset/depreciation listing
- Financial Information: Bank, credit card, and loan statements and access credentials
- Bookkeeping Information: QuickBooks login, Point of Sale System details, Payroll provider credentials

Phase 4: Client Training
Between 60–90 days, we provide comprehensive training sessions tailored to your team’s needs. These sessions cover how to access and interpret key financial reports, submit information efficiently to us, and communicate effectively with your tax professional. This empowers you to confidently manage your financial systems moving forward.
